Paul Sears

Paul joined Spire and came with significant experience in the hospitality industry specifically in the areas of engineering, purchasing, contract negotiations, and renovation oversight. He most recently worked at Concord Hospitality as the Corporate Director of Facilities where he was responsible for negotiating national contracts, managing the capital purchasing and approval process for the 100+ hotel portfolio, performing due diligence to include high level building/mechanical and site investigations for potential asset purchases, managing the engineering teams at the hotels, and overseeing renovations and large CAPEX projects. In addition, Paul has multiple engineering certifications; as such, he not only manages projects, he can do the work. He comes highly recommended and we are glad he is part of the team.
